Hey boys, I know things have been a little quiet from me on the website so I hope this makes up for it. I am editing my next set of video lessons. One is gonna cover minor playing, using a minor rhy. changes as an example. The other is a lesson module on Junior Barnard double-stops, and Tiny Grimes chording. Also I have just finished my 1st volume EP. that I will be selling from my website. It should be up for download next week sometime. I think it will be a good example of how I use the licks and chords I have showed you. I will be doing a 2nd volume shortly. Now for Christmas stocking stuffers I have a new shipment of Tommy Harkenrider T-shirts, and guess what! Pint Glasses. I figure during most of you guy’s skype lessons we talk about regional craft beer I might as well provide Tommy Harkenrider blues and roots glasses. I have my clinic with Kid coming up and I just talked to George Barne’s daughter about giving a talk about her dad next year.
No problem man! it will be up for download at the end of the week. Physical copies will be done beofre christmas, just waiting on the artwork.

Man I am glad you have that Sweet, Beautiful guitar in the picture with you. It takes the focus off that “Ugly” t-shirt. LOL. At least some in that picture has a taste for aesthetics and what is pleasing to the eye. LOL. Love ya Tommy. Just got to get my pokes in there. I guess this means my shirt will cost extra for “Special Shipping.”
Happy New Year guys! I have been a little MIA . I’m gonna be gettin back on it. Finally released my first little EP. I recorded my instructional with Kid Ramos. It’s getting editec and will be out before the end of the month. These videos will be the first of many guest instructionals. I have been talking to Tk Smith and possibly a new one wih Paul Pigat. I am and running with my monthly clinics at Beatnick Bandito Music Emporium, so if you live locally please come on down. As far as musical things, I have been woodshedding Roy Lanham stuff. He is probably the the fastest swingin guy I have heard!
Holy Smokes! What a couple of weeks it has been. Having my buddy Nico out here was such a blast. That guy is such a ball of energy we had so much fun. He will be back in April for viva Las Vegas. Last week I backed singer Jai Malano from Austin Texas. Damm she can sing! I will be having Paul Pigat here in a couple of weeks. I can’t tell you how excited I am to have him out here. Stay tuned for my monthly clinics at Beatnick Bandito. I also have big plans for the end of the year doing a blues and roots weekender near TK Smith’s place with daily clinics and performances with Tk Smith, Paul Pigat and Kid Ramos. I think this will be killer!

Hey boys a little heads up. I just received a stack of performance DVDs from my friend JR. On the DVDs are performances with Kid, Nico, Paul, and stuff from last years show with Lynwood Slim and Junior Watson. Some of that was hard to watch. I just put a couple of them up on youtube, I’ll embed them here. There were a couple songs done at the Beatnick Bandito. I know both Craner and Gretschman were there. Happy you guys were able to make it out.
