Came across this article and thought it was interesting enough to share:
I knew that Bob had bought Jr. that guitar, however I didn’t know that it was more of a guitar owned by the band rather than Bob buying Jr a guitar. Really interesting to learn that Wyble and Jr both played that guitar at different times–talk about getting two different tones out of the same gear. Man that is a lesson right there.
Make sure you read the comments below–really interesting information. I’m gonna have to dig up the little bit of Saunders King that I have and see where the similarities are…
